Eggs with green onions and fish paste
Quick and delicious appetizer for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Dried apricots

    3 piece

  • Fish fillets

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Fish pie make boiled fish fillet. I recommend the boiled fish fillet with Basil or Bay leaf. Boiled fillet removed from the broth and cooled. Then mash with a fork. Combine with green onions, Kikkoman soy sauce, ground black pepper and ginger. If the mass is too dry, add a little mayonnaise. To me it is not needed. Because of the juicy fillet, the mass turned out a good consistency.
