Interesting hot toast with mushrooms and egg will never be suitable as a quick snack whether at work or at home.
Ingredients

Mushrooms

Cooking
1. Fry mushrooms with onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Two of the three pieces of bread cut out the crumb inside. Cut tomato rings.
3. Next on a piece of bread spread the sausage. Cover with a piece of bread crumb, inside of which lay a tomato. Add another slice of bread without the middle and crack the egg inside.
4. Do the same, only instead of sausage put the mushrooms and sprinkle top grated on a fine grater cheese.
5. Put everything on baking paper. And put in oven for 20 minutes.
