For burgers we grind in a blender onion, garlic, soaked in water bread.
The crushed mass is joined with the stuffing. Salt, pepper to taste.
For the sauce, heat the milk, I did it in the microwave. In a saucepan melt butter, add flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Without removing from heat, a thin stream pour in milk. Stirring, bring the sauce until thick, add salt. In the hot sauce and add dressing "Maggie"To pickle".
Of minced meat formed patties and put in a container for boiling. The stuffing keeps excellent shape. Cover with the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
