Description
The recipe with the same name exhibited Fox, but the only thing they have in common is the name. I saw this recipe on the Internet, so the name did not change. Very nice side dish of potatoes with cheese "cap". To eat and convenient enough to press a fork on the bottom of the potato and it breaks into mouth-watering slices!

It is desirable that the potatoes were of the same size (I have, unfortunately, this was not, anyway, now the quality of the potato want to leave the better). You need to wash and peel the potatoes, cut bottom of the potato so that it can be put, i.e., to give it stability. Then make longitudinal cuts, but not cut the potatoes, the potatoes will look like a flower. Potatoes salt and pepper inside of each potato put a piece of butter.
Then top each potato put a piece of cheese. Potatoes lay in a greased form and put in the oven for 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
