Description

Rustic casserole
Delicious, hearty dish of potatoes and veal mince. What you need for our favorite men for lunch!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Greens

  • Seeds

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and saute it until soft,

press out the garlic.

When onions and garlic are soft, put the minced meat and stew it until tender.

Make a broth by boiling water and pour it into the mince. Stew the tomatoes until broth almost evaporates.

Five minutes until cooked minced meat add the spices and tomato sauce. Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little.

In a baking dish spread the prepared stuffing.

Cut onion rings and decorate them a layer of mince.

A little experiment: I decided to add quite a bit of pickled ginger.

A bit of greenery (if you have frozen, that's fine too.

Boil the potatoes, prepare the sauce by adding butter. Put on top of meat and make a pattern with a fork.

For mashed potatoes, put the pieces of butter to when baking has turned Golden brown.

And sprinkle with sesame seeds (but you can simple crackers).
