I love this soup!!! Just love it for its silky, sweet, creamy taste. And for such a beautiful (my favorite) color. This is a classic of French cuisine. However, cook it not very often and only for themselves. My men do not share my taste.

Cooking
Finely chopped onion and fry until transparent in small. the fire in butter. Just make sure the oil did not burn.
