Vitamin salad
Vitamin, a seasonal salad - juicy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Grapes

    100 g

  • Cabbage, red,

    300 g

Apple cut into thin slices, and lower for 2-3 minutes in acidulated water so they do not darkened.

Cabbage finely chopped. Grapes to wash.

Mix the cabbage, grapes and Apple slices. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and olive oil and mix gently.

Arrange the salad in portioned ice cream dish, sprinkle with nuts. Help yourself!
