Chicken fillet fried in sesame
The basic idea of the recipe - fast and delicious. Chicken fried literally for a few minutes on each side. With this method of cooking is very appropriate to use a pre-roasted sesame seeds. Such a small thing will make the dish much tastier.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    5 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Melted butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Oil corn

    5 Tbsp

Wash well and dry chicken breast.

Cut into strips up to 2cm wide.

In mixer bowl combine egg whites with salt and pepper to taste. Lower the chicken pieces into a protein.

In a separate container or package mix roasted sesame seeds with the breadcrumbs. From protein to transfer the chicken pieces to the batter. Roll.

In skillet, heat clarified butter and vegetable oil.

Put the chicken pieces into the hot oil in one layer. Fry on one side until Golden brown or slightly darker. Flip over and fry the same on the other side. The frying takes just a couple minutes. Put the chicken pieces on a napkin to remove excess oil. Thus fry all the pieces.
