Prepare the dough: 1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar; 2. Add the vegetable oil and sour cream;

6. Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Put the pie in the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
Meanwhile, prepare cream: 1. Whisk the cream with the sugar until the sugar is dissolved; Heard that it is better to cook the sour cream with powdered sugar. Tried it, and say that differences are not noticed-equally delicious either way. 2. Remove the cream in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Get the cake out of the oven. It needs to increase in 2 times.
Give the cake to cool. Then cut it into 3 parts.
Grease the bottom and middle part of our cream and collect the cake.
Prepare the glaze: 1. Melt butter; 2. Add cocoa and sugar, mix until the sugar is dissolved; 3. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
