Description

Quick patties on lean test
Very tasty, fast, not expensive and not time consuming cakes. A lean dough, but the fillings do not necessarily lean. Pies are soft (unlike most vegetable pies) and remain so for several days.

Cooking

step-0
Pies this recipe can be done with any filling, so in the list of ingredients I pointed out only what you will need for the test. I've done pies with potatoes, cabbage and meat. The photo of the meat pies, which, according to my husband's similar in taste to the pasties.
step-1
In a bowl, pour a glass of water (cold or room temperature). I use rapid dry yeast that you add straight to the dough. So much easier and faster, no need to heat the water or wait for the "approach" of the test. Add water sugar, salt, yeast and half the flour. Stir, add a tablespoon of sunflower oil and stir again. Do not add more oil "for nutrition", pies from the oil getting tougher.
step-2
In the semi-liquid dough, add soda, quenched with vinegar. In this dough I add the and yeast and soda. If you add yeast, the dough will not be "fast", it will take time to "approach". If you add just baking soda, the cakes will turn out tough, and the next day just numb. Add the flour and knead the dough. 400 grams of flour - that's including flour for dusting when forming patties. So do not try to mix all the flour, let the dough take how much they need.
step-3
Once you have kneaded the dough it is possible immediately to start to sculpt cakes. Description and preparation of the filling I omit. The filling of your choice. Cooking time (60 minutes) provided me excluding the cooking time of the filling. I was ready - worked until beef fried pies with cabbage. Form the patties as you like and fry on a medium heat.
step-4
Can this dough bake cakes in the oven? Don't know, never tried. Ready, fried, cold pies, I froze. Then they can just heat up in the oven. Very convenient. Of this amount, the test I get 24 cake. Cakes I have a little "two bite". Hopefully, someone this simple recipe will come in handy. Bon appetit!
