Meat rolls
A simple and tasty dish with mushroom notes. Really have to Tinker, but the result is worth it.

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    9 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Starch

    3 tsp

So let's start. Mushrooms wash, cut into thin slices.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, remove the shell (although the calcium and useful, but still) and cut into medium-sized cubes. The photo is terrible, but understandable.
