Recently purchased sesame oil and very happy, as cabbage with it even tastier!!! It is no secret that red cabbage is very useful, but for me it is not as tasty as white. After much experimentation I managed to find 2 delicious recipe. I want to share one of them.
Cooking
Carrot RUB on a grater carrots, finely chopped red cabbage, a cabbage cut with a knife. Cabbage is NOT to perminate. Before serving, put all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with sesame and olive oils, lemon juice, salt and then just mix everything carefully with two forks (so a green cabbage will keep its color). All good appetite :)))
