Salad with chicken and avocado
Easy, delicious, quick to prepare

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

All that is needed. Ingredients I cut in half. Chicken breast washed, dried with paper towel and cut into strips. Warm a pan on sunflower oil to fry the chicken pieces on both sides until Golden brown. Orange divided into wedges, clean (if possible) from membranes and cut into 4 pieces (if slices are large, can be smaller). Avocado peeled, cut into thin strips, put in bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
