This simple snack will flatter a lean table.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Mash

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Cilantro

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Beets medium size boil, cool, peel and cut into thin slices. Half of the zucchini, equivalent to the size of the beets, peel and cut into thin slices. If you are confused by raw zucchini, you can fry it on the grill. In a blender put the peeled avocado, dill, cilantro, mung bean, pepper, salt to taste, a little water, butter and grind until smooth cream.
