Delicious and delicate fish sausages combine perfectly with lemon-mint sauce.

Cooking
Finely chop the onion, carrot grate.
In skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil, over medium heat saute the onions and carrots, turn off heat, cool.
To prepare the minced fish fillets and cleaned squid.
In the fish minced add onion, carrot, breadcrumbs, egg white, cream. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the ground beef in the fridge for 1 hour.
To cook pieces of cling film and foil. I did 7 quite a lot of sausages. Put part of meat in cling film.
To form a sausage, then wrap each in foil, the edges of spinning. Sausages to cook in a saucepan 15 minutes over medium heat. To cool down a bit.
To make the sauce: in a saucepan melt the butter, add the zest and the juice of half a lemon, capers, bring to boil, remove from heat, add the finely chopped mint.
Sausage is removed from the film and foil, sprinkle with paprika. Fry in 2 tbsp oil alifakovac. Serve with sauce. Bon appetit!
