Description

Canape with herring and jam from a black currant

They combine with sweet berries herring. In Scandinavian countries it is difficult to surprise someone with a sweet herring with cranberries, cranberries, currants, or even blueberries. Why don't we try? Especially because in the end it's not that sweet, but just unusual and interesting.
