Cake without baking
Cake without baking with unusual fillers yogurt and cottage cheese. So delicious, summer-fresh and light dessert. You can use any berries or fruit, instead of fresh will fit in a tin. Prepared simply and quickly, if you don't count curing time.

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Blueberries

    400 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Blueberries

    100 g

Make the cake base. Grind cookies in a blender and add the oil there. Again stir.

Put on the dish sides from the split form (d 20-22 cm) or cooking ring. Evenly distribute the crumbs along the bottom and press it. Send a billet in the fridge.

Make filling. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Mix with a mixer or blender between the rest of the ingredients. Added to the weight of the gelatin and stir. Send cream in the refrigerator so that it slightly thickens.

Get the cream from the refrigerator and add the blueberries. Pour the cream on the harvest and sent the cake in the fridge until firm.

Do fill. Gelatin pour hot water. In a blender, grind the blueberries with sugar. Add gelatin and stir with a spoon. Fill a frozen cake and again sent it into the refrigerator.
