Souffle
This year in the country an incredible harvest of apples. Cook, make juice, bake cakes, but they are not becoming fewer! I was thinking about cooking apples to make something new. It is tender and tasty souffle.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Gelatin

    40 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

Cooking

For the souffles take about 500g of apples.

Soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the packaging for 50 minutes.

Sugar and water make the syrup for this 10 minute boil on small fire.

We will cut apples and bake in the oven until soft (I did in microwave).

Then wipe them through a sieve or puree them in a blender.

The syrup is slightly cooled, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Then begin to whisk the mixture with a mixer, about 10 minutes. It is good to do in large capacity, because the mass is markedly increased in size. Then add citric acid and beat again for 10 minutes, then add soda, vanilla and beat for another 5-7 minutes.

Now, slowly add applesauce and beat again to peaks. Best whip in a tall glass or similar container. I did it in a measuring Cup from the blender.

Put soufflés in the ramekins, greased. I put three molds for cake in a rectangular loaf pan. Put into the fridge for 2-3 hours. I left for the night.
