Cooking
Slice the meat, season with salt and pepper, add the herbs
Cut the onion into rings and pickle in vinegar - 0.5 tsp. and water to cover

Another layer of the pepper
Cover with a lid and put in preheated oven. Bake until the meat is cooked. For 5-7 minutes until tender, remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and put browned
