Cheesecakes in the sour cream
This dish can please their children and loved ones for Breakfast! And what will remain, if you will, fun to eat snack. It turns out very tender and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Melted butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    150 g

Cooking

Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar and salt with a whisk.

Cheese mash with a fork, add the eggs, semolina and sifted flour. Mix well until smooth.

With a cooking ring to put in a pan with hot melted butter cheese cakes and fry them on both sides until it will turn brown. Spread in a round baking dish.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar.

Pour sour cream cheesecake filling and bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until Golden brown.
