Description
Baking with cranberries has a unique sweet and sour taste. Cranberries goes well with any test and the high temperature does not change its wonderful bright color. You will love the Apple pie with cinnamon and lemon, with a crisp topping of stresses.

Cooking
Prepare the stuffing. Lemon cut into slices, remove seeds and puree them in a blender (grinder).
The cranberries to defrost, put on a paper towel (to remove excess moisture). In a Cup with lemon and lingonberries sugar (I use cane sugar Demerara TM Mistral), mix well.
Prepare streusel. In a Cup put the butter, sugar (Universal TM Mistral), mix well.
In sugar - butter mixture pour the flour and RUB with hands until crumbs.
Make the dough. In a Cup mix the butter (room temperature) with sugar (I cane sugar Universal TM Mistral).
Add the eggs, stir with a mixer on medium speed.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix well. Knead the dough.
Form (d= 28 or 29 cm), slightly grease with oil, put the dough, spread with your hands to form bumpers. On the dough put the stuffing.
The filling sprinkle with strategem. Bake in a preheated (180 C) oven for about 40-45 minutes, be guided by your oven. Cool cake, remove from the mold and cut.
