Cooking
Softened butter to combine with the icing sugar, salt and protein, mix. Add the flour, knead well. The oven to preheat to 160 degrees (I have a convection oven, if you bake the normal temperature should be 15-20 degrees higher). Put the dough in shape (diameter 18-20 cm) and bake for 15 minutes.

Lemon pour over boiling water, peel and grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. Add the zest and 2 tsp lemon juice to cottage cheese and mix well. On a sand layer spread the stuffing. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
