Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Mascarpone

    125 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Corn starch

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Raspberry

    200 g

Softened butter to combine with the icing sugar, salt and protein, mix. Add the flour, knead well. The oven to preheat to 160 degrees (I have a convection oven, if you bake the normal temperature should be 15-20 degrees higher). Put the dough in shape (diameter 18-20 cm) and bake for 15 minutes.

Cool. While the cake cools, prepare the filling.

Cottage cheese mixed with mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar, orange juice, starch and eggs, beat with a blender until creamy. Lemon pour over boiling water, peel and grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. Add the zest and 2 tsp lemon juice to cottage cheese and mix well. On a sand layer spread the stuffing. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
