Cooking
The dough: sift 200g of flour, add 1 tbsp oil and 100 ml of wine
Knead a soft dough and cover with slightly damp towel. Leave to rest for 30 - 40 min.
Pre-soaked (for 24 hours) and boiled (until cooked) chickpeas - drain and cool.
Finely chopped pieces of chocolate and candied fruit (I have orange and chocolate - milk, nuts)
Boiled chickpeas to blend in batches, with the addition of honey (I use acacia La). The number of honey regenerate to your taste and with the addition of chocolate.
Mix pureed chickpeas with chocolate and candied fruit
Punch down the dough and form a thick "sausage", cut them evenly to 20-24 segment size in walnut.
Each segment to flatten into thin round blank circle cookie cutter and spread the filling (1 tsp.)
To siediti in the form of "crescents"- "pies"
In a small saucepan/pot to heat the oil. To put it in a batch of cookies and fry on both sides until the desired it will turn brown (approx 4 min)
Dry biscuits of excess fat on kitchen towels.
Polyactive cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar. Biscuits, it turns out - mega tender, crisp, sweet and rich, with a slight aftertaste of citrus!
