Cooking
Potatoes grate on a coarse grater, cheese too (a couple of tablespoons of cheese will leave for decoration). Add flour, yolk, salt and softened butter. Knead the dough. Put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Each piece of dough thinly roll out and put in a pile on top of one another.
A pile of rolled tortillas again roll out with a thickness of approximately 7 mm. to Grease lightly beaten egg whites, sprinkle with cheese and a little salt. Cut into squares. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
