Butter rubbed with garlic and chopped parsley, chill until hardened. Potatoes bake in the oven or microwave. Cook chicken thighs, remove skin and bones, tear into strips. Make a cross incision on the potatoes, press to tubers revealed. Put in the center a piece of spicy oil on top of chicken pieces and green onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
