Chicken legs in soy sauce with croutons
Minimum effort with maximum taste.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Bread

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chicken wash and cut into half each - get 6 pieces.

Put them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, pour soy sauce, mix well.

Close the cellophane and put on top of the load (I have a pot of water), - marinated at least 1 hour.

On a greased the pan with vegetable oil put the chicken legs, pour the marinade around and under chicken spread, disassembled cloves of a head of garlic IN the HUSK.

put in preheated oven (200 degrees) and bake until Golden brown, approximately 30-40 minutes, basting segregated juice periodically .

Get the garlic out of the husk (it will be soft inside) and spread it on a slice of bread

Bake the croutons for 5 minutes in the oven, cut.
