I want to offer to your attention a Lenten sweet dessert for tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    165 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Corn starch

    75 g

  • Sunflower oil

    75 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    75 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix the flour, starch, baking powder and salt.

Add the cane sugar.

Add sunflower oil and water. Mix well.

Prunes to steam and finely chop. Add to the batter and mix until smooth.

Roll out a layer of dough and cut out circles.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake quickly, about 15 minutes.

Mix cocoa powder and starch, add water and stir to combine. Boil on a slow fire until thick.
