Description

Steak lumberjack
The name was not invented by me. This meat is prepared in our cafe. And because it is a favorite dish of my husband, I decided to cook it at home. At least tried very hard, and it was very cool. A veal steak baked with onions and smoked bacon. As the restaurant beer, it can be assumed that meat marinated in beer, I used kvass. Try, very tasty

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Mix brew, spices, soy and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce (can be without it). Put the meat in the marinade and leave for 30-40 minutes (can be longer, but I was in a hurry)
step-1
Meanwhile to make the sauce. Leeks cut into rings, wash and dry on a towel
step-2
In a small amount of vegetable oil fry lightly the onion. Add the chopped tomatoes (I had twisted (in tomato)) and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Stew
step-3
In another pan in vegetable oil fry the onion cut into rings or dismantled into individual rings. A little complicated but we must try
step-4
The meat is removed, lightly shake from the marinade and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side in a frying pan, where roasted onions, with the addition of 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
step-5
Pre-heat the oven to 200*C. On a pan put the meat, onion and top with thin sliced bacon. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
step-6
Serve hot with sauce and vegetables
step-7
BON APPETIT
