Found in the freezer a bag of frozen squid, first I wanted to do as always - saute them with onions and carrots, and when thawed - this tiny turecki, well, a miracle! So I decided to do so...

Defrost the squid, remove the transparent stuff is cool and clean, washed.
Filling: onions finely cut, carrots three on a grater, pepper cut into cubes, fry all the beauty in vegetable oil, sprinkle with the grated cheese, stir.
Put the stuffing in the prepared carcass squid, creating a thread, put in a saucepan.
Pour the hot broth (you can use any, I have a cube). Cook for 3-4 minutes, spread on a dish.
And we eat!
