Chicken in lemon glaze. Always turns out juicy and flavorful.

Honey

One lemon cut into thin slices, another "stick" with cloves, two and squeeze the juice and mix with honey.
Chicken put back up, cut off the tail and cutting, remove the skin of the wings (just to remove not necessary :) ).
Under the skin to lay half of the sliced lemon. Flip the chicken and repeat the procedure with the breast (photos do not spread, but the principle is the same).
Inside the chicken put a piece of lemon.
