To breadmaker program # 1 (Basic bread). Pour in the shape of the liquid ingredients, then add salt, sugar, flour, yeast, carrot, oil. And since I have not yet bread machine, I bake this bread in the following way. Yeast pour the warm liquid, add a spoonful of flour. Give to stand. RUB the carrots on a fine grater, not puree, of course. Add salt, sugar (if the carrots sweet, the sugar can be omitted), add softened butter and give everything a good stir.
Then add flour, pour in bloomed yeast. Like something about stir and turn to the stage of kneading. I do it with a mixer (beaters-spiral). May you have a breadmaker, maybe the processor, all fit. The dough will be nasty, crumbling at the first sight. But after a time it will gather into a lump
After kneading leave the dough to stand for about 30 minutes-be in a warm place. During this time, it will flounder, will become obedient. Then abenaim the dough and form buhanku. Put it in the form. Then make the cuts. And in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, allow dough to rise, to reach the size.
I bake bread in the gas oven at T 240S 30-40 minutes. Please focus on your technique! All a pleasant appetite!
