Cooking
Here are our ingredients.
The oven heat to 150 degrees. Milk pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
While the milk heats, in a separate bowl mix the sugar, egg, yolk and vanilla. To whisk them until the foam.
Hot milk remove from heat and a thin stream pour in the egg mixture, continuing to whisk. Whisk constantly so eggs don't curdle.
Prepare 2 glass molds (I still have yogurt). Pour the mixture.
In a deep pan to put the ramekins with the cream, pour into pan of hot water to half the height of ramekins. Put in preheated oven and cook about 40 minutes until firm cream.
Remove the ramekins from water, cool to room temperature on the table, and then place in refrigerator to cool.
Optional - decorate with fruits and berries. Bon appetit you and your baby!
