Description
My dear, I want to offer oval cake made on the basis of the roll. As a filling used the cottage cheese and honey, corn flakes, and on top of cake decorated with icing made with fresh orange juice, walnuts and coconut.

Cooking
Prepare tender shortbread dough: mix the sour cream, butter, sugar, vanilla.
Add the baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough. Cover with cling film and remove an hour in the refrigerator.
Corn flakes pour the milk and leave until the dough is in the fridge.
Take the dough, roll out into a layer (0.5 cm).
Curd mix with sour cream (1 tbsp) and honey.
Spread the cheese on the dough and distribute evenly.
Distribute cheese on top of corn flakes.
We carefully roll. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Grease the rolls with egg yolk.
Put it into the preheated oven. Bake on low heat for about an hour. Readiness check with a wooden stick (a match, toothpick, etc.).
Prepare the frosting while the cake cools our. For this we need the freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix the juice, icing sugar and butter. Boil on the fire to dissolve the sugar powder and butter, the weight should be slightly thicken.
Pour the cake icing and decorate with walnuts and coconut.
