Shortcrust pie
This cake - from the series" Guests on the threshold", because it's quick and easy and eat the same way. The dough can be made beforehand and stored in the fridge for several days, then cooking will take very little time. Help yourself, dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

  • Crackers

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

Oil to grind flour crumbs, add the mayonnaise, egg, sugar, baking powder and knead quickly into a soft dough. In advance preheat the oven to 200 gr.

The dough was very pliable, slightly sticky, but try not to flour! Divide into 2 parts.

One part spread with your hands directly in the form, making a small bumpers (I have shape diameter 24 cm)

On top of the dough sprinkle on some bread crumbs (so the dough doesn't get wet from the toppings) Put jam.

Put the pie in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes (focus on your oven)
