"Pommes D'amour" - the Apple of love. Apples in batter with caramel patent leather. This is a dessert of Chinese food.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Apples peel, remove the core, cut into pieces

Flour mix with water until smooth

Whisk egg and combine with the batter

Heat oil in a frying pan. Apple slices dipped in batter and put in oil

Make the caramel. Two tablespoons of oil heated in the pan, add in oil, sugar.. and stir continuously heated up to the formation of caramel
