Bacon

Potatoes

Cooking
The potatoes well to wash, to clean. In the middle to make an incision and put a slice of bacon (fat)... season with Salt and pepper.
Bake in an open pan, covered with foil, until tender (20-30 minutes).
Before serving you can sprinkle with cheese!!!
