I confess - this recipe looked a long time, but in any way hands did not reach. Prepared and do not regret it - delicious. Tanya, dear, my pregnant friend, this recipe is for you-there is almost no glucose - only bran, cereals, seeds and oil. Preparing bread is very simple - almost "single-handedly". Recipe taken from A. Kitaeva in the book "Homemade bread"

It's very simple. My daughter Anastasia said with pride that even she can these breads myself to cook at any time. Combine all ingredients in enough liquid slurry.
