Description
I confess - this recipe looked a long time, but in any way hands did not reach. Prepared and do not regret it - delicious. Tanya, dear, my pregnant friend, this recipe is for you-there is almost no glucose - only bran, cereals, seeds and oil. Preparing bread is very simple - almost "single-handedly". Recipe taken from A. Kitaeva in the book "Homemade bread"

Cooking
It's very simple. My daughter Anastasia said with pride that even she can these breads myself to cook at any time. Combine all ingredients in enough liquid slurry.
To cook the breads will be on the bottom. To do this, turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Put in the oven to heat up the baking tray with an imitation hearth. The hearth can be either a special baking stone or, like me, a layer of 1 cm of salt.
Parchment paper, coat well with vegetable oil. Spread on a thin layer of dough. If you have a silicone Mat-spread the mixture better at it, because my bread still stuck to the paper and I had to sweat, to tear off from the paper :-).
The dough is spread with a spatula thickness of about 5 mm. smoother Than the layer, the more evenly the bread will be baked. To push a knife or spatula, lines in the dough, dividing it into rectangles.
On a hot salt gently put the parchment with the workpiece. Put in hot (200 deg.) the oven for about 25-35 minutes.
Bake bread until Golden brown. Will not overdo the biscuits - they must not peredaetsya.
Prepare cheese dip. In a separate bowl mix cottage cheese, sliced (or grated on a grater) crab sticks, parsley and dry seasonings with salt. This mixture can be ground in a blender, and on request it can add a little garlic.
Break the dough into individual loaves. If necessary, dry them 5-10 minutes in the cooling oven. If the bread will gain moisture, they can always be a little dry in the oven.
