Deviled eggs
Easy to prepare dish is an excellent appetizer on the table on weekdays and holidays. Fast, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

    3 coup

Cooking

Prepare the products. A chicken egg is boiled in salted water. Cool.

Egg clean. Cut each egg into 2 parts. Separate the whites from the yolks.

Put the yolks in the bowl of a blender. Add sour cream and dressing "To pickle" brand "MAGGI".

Bring the mass to a homogeneous condition.

Cooked yolk - sour cream mass spread in a pastry bag.

On a plate put lettuce. On salad leaves lay out the egg whites (halves). In half of proteins we spread the yolk mass. Decorate with greens and sliced cucumber.
