Cheese cake pan
This cake cooks very quickly, tasty, hot or cold! A wonderful Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Lightly whisk the eggs.

To them add sour cream.

Add flour. All mix well.

Finely cut greens (I have parsley). To add to our weight.

Grate on medium grater cheese.

The resulting mass stir so that cheese is evenly distributed throughout the volume.

In a pan pour a little oil, allow to heat up, but not much, then pour the mixture, distribute it evenly and fry on a medium heat, 7-8 minutes on one side and the same on the other. Flip carefully, this is best done with the help of covers from pans or two blades, otherwise the cake may break (I cut the tortilla into 4 pieces and turn each piece separately).
