Oatmeal lace cookies
Beware! Cookies get quite sweet and "gromkoe". It is eaten instantly! :)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The oil should be at room temperature. Whisk the butter, sugar and cinnamon until creamy.

Add the flour, salt, milk. Whisk this well.

Stir in a spoonful of cereal. The dough should be sticky but well formed.

On the tray lay baking paper or a silicone Mat. A teaspoon at a distance of ~5cm spread on paper dough balls (approximately 1 teaspoon). Press the dough balls with a spoon.

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Send biscuits to bake for ~ 10 minutes. When the edges of the pastry begin to you can get gold biscuits. Let it cool a few minutes. Then remove the paper or Mat. At this time, send in the oven a new batch.
