  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

Cooking

step-0
Beat eggs on low speed 2 minutes, add the sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Further increase the speed and whisk patiently for 10-15 minutes until stable mass.
step-1
Then add the flour and gently stir with a spatula. It is not desirable to use a mixer, otherwise the whites will lose their fluffy texture and the cake will not rise. If you do not want to bother with a long whipping, you can just add baking powder or soda slaked. The dough pour in a greased form, put in preheated (15 minutes before baking) oven and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Determine the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
step-2
Here he is our handsome!!! And razrezik!!! (I baked half portion)
step-3
Prepare the sauce. Milk, sugar, chocolate and cocoa combine in a saucepan, bring to boil and allow to cool.
step-4
Sponge cake cut into squares or rectangles (depending on Your molds for baking, I turned the rectangles). Edge of the thin trim. Next, dip the edges of our cake in the sauce. If you want to be soaked anymore, can be kept in the sauce for 10 seconds. Give a little to drain the sauce and then roll all the edges in coconut. Our delicious brownies are ready!
step-5
Can you not trim the edges of the biscuit and just dip them in sauce and roll in coconut. I for example made one pie. The photo on the left cut edge, and the right side is not clipped. Look and taste better with out the cut edges. Try it and you differently.
