Natural banana ice cream is
Making ice cream at home without the addition of dyes, emulsifiers and other chemicals. For yourself and for loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

Prepare your ingredients:

Combine milk with cream, egg yolks, sugar, butter. Carefully whisk.

The mixture on the stove bring to a boil, immediately remove it from heat.

Banana peeled, cut into small pieces. (I already had pre-sliced bananas in the freezer). Put in the mixer/blender, pour in the lemon juice and whisk well.

Mix both masses (fruit and milk) with a blender and distribute the forms (or one container).

Put in the freezer. Within 2 hours you need 2/3 times to mix the ice cream to form crystals. For decoration you can sprinkle them with various toppingly or sprinkle (like me) nuts. Our ice cream is ready! Bon appetit!
