Description
Good day to all! Easter-the Bright Resurrection of Christ-the most solemn Orthodox holiday. Every year, traditionally on the table, put the cakes, pies, rolls, colored eggs and Easter, consecrated in the temple. I offer you the recipe for Easter, proven over the years. Easter of grated cheese turns out tender and delicious. This meal with great anticipation waiting for the little foodies, my kids who have to participate in the preparation of the Passover.

Cooking
RUB the yolks with sugar.
Add the butter, cut into small pieces and stirring constantly, warm over low heat to dissolve the sugar.
If the cheese is too wet, squeezed under pressure, if not, immediately begin to grind through a sieve.
To combine the cheese with the butter-yolk mixture, add the sour cream, vanilla, raisins and chopped nuts, stir.
Now I give advice from my own experience. You need to put all this mixture into the form. Because I have a big family, the standard form sold in the Church benches, I'm short and I use a round pan, in which put the macaroni. Cut a large enough piece of cheesecloth, folded twice. Moisten in cold water, covered the form with gauze, leaving great tips.
Spread, or rather pour the mixture.
The ends pick up in one handful and begin to tighten, as shown in the photo, making sure that the mass is no where emerged.
Oppression. Only two packs of cereal at 800 grams. A sieve or colander and put into a suitable container (in my example shown) so that the colander did not get to the bottom of the cauldron. Put All this construction in the fridge overnight (or for 8 hours a day) to drain excess fluid.
After the lapse of this time, carefully untie the ends of the gauze, the top covered with a dish on which you serve Easter.
Well, my favorite thing to do is the decoration! Decorate according to your desire. I just poured melted chocolate and sprinkled with Easter jelly beans. Bon Appetit! Thank you for your attention!
