Cottage cheese dessert
For my sisters and mom and I put together two of their favorite dessert: soft strawberry clouds and cheese pasta and the sweetness of milk chocolate.

The first step will do a piece for our dessert. We will need 6 sheets of A4 paper, some Scotch and food foil. Add the juice of half a lemon and whisk the strawberry mixture.

Whisk until soft peaks form, about 15 minutes. Advance warning, take a deep bowl otherwise the puree will be all over the kitchen.

Fill the kites, the strawberry puree in half. Do not rush, if you mash remains, it may need us in the future. Kites, put into the fridge for 10 minutes.

Removed from the refrigerator and insert the tip of the curd in the bags with strawberry puree. If the strawberry puree is not reaching the base of cheese tips here we will need the unused sauce. And sent our dessert in the fridge for 1 hour

Pillow for my dessert I made out of milk chocolate (melt the chocolate and a spoon to pour on the base of the dessert in the fridge until solidification of the chocolate). But my mom tasted the dessert, he said that there would be better approached the bed of ground sponge biscuits with butter

When our dessert was frozen, cut edge of the paper with foil, turn over putting in the dish and gently remove the bag. If cheese blanks the bag just flew, with strawberry puree help yourself to remove the bag with a knife.
