Easy appetizer. Thought long to post or not... somehow got the recipe from a relative. I tried to cook very much.
Ingredients

Tomato
1 piece

Cheese
50 g

Garlic
2 tooth

Mayonnaise
25 g
Cooking
On a coarse grater grate the cheese.
Using a garlic crusher having 2-3 cloves of garlic
Add to cheese, stir.
There also add the mayonnaise.
Mix
Tomato wash and cut.
The tomato cheese spread.
Decorate and serve. Bon appetit!!!
