Cooking
Instant gelatin pour a small amount of cold water and allow to stand for 5 minutes minutes.
The cream in a saucepan, put the sugar (100 g) and vanilla sugar. Then add swollen gelatin. Put the pan on the stove and heat to dissolve the gelatin, not boiling.
Pour dessert in the form and put in the refrigerator. After an hour and a half, the dessert is ready.
Prepare raspberry sauce. Mash the raspberries, put the sugar to taste. 200 g of raspberries, I put ~ 2 tbsp of sugar if the sauce is acidic, add more.
A teaspoon of potato starch dilute in 2 tablespoons of cold water.
Raspberries with sugar in a saucepan and put it on the stove. A little heated and add the starch. Cook 5 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. Sauce "Blancmange raspberry" ready!
Take out of the refrigerator dessert, pour on top of raspberry sauce and serve. To remove the dessert from the molds need each form to omit a few seconds in hot water and flip onto a plate.
