Blancmange with raspberry sauce
Blancmange is a dish of French cuisine. French blanc — manger, white and — there. Very tender and very delicious dessert with raspberry sauce, which gives the dessert a unique taste of berries and makes the dish more spectacular.

Instant gelatin pour a small amount of cold water and allow to stand for 5 minutes minutes.

The cream in a saucepan, put the sugar (100 g) and vanilla sugar. Then add swollen gelatin. Put the pan on the stove and heat to dissolve the gelatin, not boiling.

Prepare raspberry sauce. Mash the raspberries, put the sugar to taste. 200 g of raspberries, I put ~ 2 tbsp of sugar if the sauce is acidic, add more.

Raspberries with sugar in a saucepan and put it on the stove. A little heated and add the starch. Cook 5 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. Sauce "Blancmange raspberry" ready!
