Description
A delicious combination of rice pudding with caramelized plums. If in kindergarten I was preparing this, I would love milk porridge tenderly and gently. Glad my late acquaintance with them was good and tasty.

Cooking
A Cup of rice wash, pour a liter of milk and cook over low heat for 40 minutes. From time to time the rice to stir to not stick to the bottom of the pan and not burnt. When the rice is cooked, add the vanilla, two tablespoons of sugar, stir and cool completely.
Add to the cooled rice 1 beaten egg and 1 yolk.
In a saucepan, mix 4-5 tbsp of sugar with 1tbsp. L. water. Cook on low heat until the sugar to melt and turn into caramel.
Plum wash, dry, cut into two pieces, remove the seeds.
Grease the bottom of the caramel, spread half of the slit down the drain.
Put the rice in plum. The thickness of the pudding will depend on the size of the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180* 30-40 minutes. Very tasty warm, cold pudding well cut with a knife. When serving, decorate with whipped cream dessert, although without them is also delicious.
