I know that is no surprise lemon sorbet, but... the Proportions of this sorbet has kindly shared Italian gallerist living in the Greek city Navplio. His Gelateria is enjoying unprecedented success... there is always delicious, varied and unexpected:-) :-) :-)

Cooking
Water with sugar heated until the sugar is dissolved, bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes let Cool.
And zest. Give the mixture a good to cool, and best of all, if the mixture will be 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Before freezing the sorbet, add Limoncello (I have a home production).
This color mixture is sent to the ice-cream maker. My machine in the middle of cooking refused to work, so the mixture is poured into a container and sent in the freezer.
Despite the incident neprijatnosti with organiza, sorbet frozen well without ice. The color turned out white, as it should be the consistency of a liquid, plastic.
