Cooking
Chicken breast, lightly beat with a hammer.
Put the meat in a leaf for cooking and to squeeze on top. Fry in a dry pan on each side for 7 minutes.
Warm chicken cut into oblong pieces.
Julienne cut sweet fleshy pepper.
Peeled onions finely chop. Egg cut into small cubes. Mix the grated garlic, salt, egg and onions.
Add chicken and mayonnaise, stir salad until smooth. Shift to serving dish and serve.
