Description
In childhood during the period of fermentation of cabbage, I loved to chew kochereshko. It is better not to do. But it appeared in stores kohlrabi, which I something these stem from childhood reminds. Brought a friend from the country four of the cabbage. Naturally divided in half. Cooking
Carrots to clear, RUB on a grater for Korean carrot.
Kohlrabi clean, grate on the grater.
For the filling mix the sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil.
Season the salad. Mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes and serve. Bon appetit!
