Kohlrabi in Korean
In childhood during the period of fermentation of cabbage, I loved to chew kochereshko. It is better not to do. But it appeared in stores kohlrabi, which I something these stem from childhood reminds. Brought a friend from the country four of the cabbage. Naturally divided in half. And I made a simple salad, which is very much my home. The whole affair in the dressing based on soy sauce and sesame oil, which gives a special piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots to clear, RUB on a grater for Korean carrot.

Kohlrabi clean, grate on the grater.

For the filling mix the sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil.
